Moist Banana Cake




Ingredients:
113g butter
115g caster sugar
2 eggs
170g self-raising flour
3 small bananas, very ripe
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
50ml milk

Directions:
1.    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
2.    Add eggs separately, beating well.
3.    Mash bananas and add to mixture.
4.    Dissolve soda in milk and add flour and milk alternately.
5.    Bake in greased tin in 180 degree C for 35 minutes or until cooked.


Important notes:
Beat eggs well one by one.
